Vikingenes makes every effort to process orders as fast as possible.
Shipping time frames depend on the item & destination country.
- What is the process time?
Once your payment is verified we will process and ship your order.
*Orders for watches, card holders, apparel & necklaces, will be shipped within 1-3
business days. Please note that engraved products sometimes need an extra 1
business day for processing, after which they will be shipped.
*Orders for rings, arm rings & axes take longer to craft. For a detailed overview of

- What is the delivery time?
Once your order is ready, the delivery time is:
USA: 3-5 business days via USPS - First Class Mail.
Canada: 2-4 weeks.
Australia & New Zealand: 2-5 weeks.
Europe: 2-4 weeks.
International packages move to an export facility in the USA before being forwarded
to the country of destination. Export facilities are the transfer location, which means
the next stop will be to your country. Once your package reaches the country of
destination, it will be handed over to your local post services to deliver it to your
address or to be waiting for you in a pickup center.
- Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Sure, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking
number that you can follow within 24 hrs.
Unfortunately duties and taxes are not included in the price. Please be aware that extra costs
(customs and taxes) may be charged in your country.
Duties/Taxes/VAT for international orders are outside our control and are paid by the
buyer if incurred in the destination country.

Warranty Scope: Our warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship under normal
use. To ensure the longevity of your items:
* Always follow our care and operating instructions.
* Understand that the warranty does not extend to damages caused by abnormal usage,
accidental drops, or general wear and tear.
* Please note, the life of the battery is not covered under this warranty. However, the design of
our watches ensures that battery replacement is a straightforward task you can easily
manage at home.
Vikingenes shall not be liable for any indirect losses or damages related to the
product use. This warranty policy strictly covers the physical aspects of the watch itself.

We have a very quick turnaround time. Because we receive a high volume of orders daily,
once your order is confirmed we will start processing it right away. Please contact us via email as
soon as possible since once the order was engraved, picked up by the carrier or shipped, we are
unable to make any changes in your order (including address changes, etc.).

* While we'd love to take care of everything, kindly note that customers will bear
the cost for return postage.
